Across Europe, job shadowing is a key part of school programmes for students aged 13 to 16. At MME, we proudly open our doors to help young talents explore the professional world in a meaningful and structured way. If this is something you are interested in, then apply now!

Learning beyond the classroom.
Our programme runs:
- 📅 1 session per month (September to June)
- 👥 Small groups of 4–5 students for an immersive experience
- 🌍 Sessions available in French and/or English
In some cases, additional sessions may be arranged upon special request.
Growing interest, growing impact.
Since January 2024:
- 🎓 30 students hosted in just 5 months
- 📈 Peak participation in June with 10 students in one month
The new MME Job Shadowing Programme is built around a clear “Fil Conducteur” — a structured thread that guides students throughout their experience.
